A Central Marketing Complex for Pekan Automotive Park (PAP) known as CMC Pekan is an upgrading building project under East Coast Economic Region ( ECERDC ). Located at the road fronting of DRB-Hicom Industrial facilities, this building is a refurbishment and alteration project built to suit its new purpose and function as the Automotive Marketing Hub.
