COAST KEMAMAN - As significant as it’s name, this commercial centre has already become the talk of the town as the new landmark and ICON to Kemaman town. Located along the main road of Jalan Penghiburan which leads to Dungun, the location of this stratified commercial centre will become a new attraction with its prominent façade and its generous OPEN SPACE as the frontage to this development. Comprises of three blocks of stratified shop lots, it offers a generous size of shop units and aims for small and medium entrepreneurs to be able to purchase the units without stretching on their financial budget by having to purchase a whole lot like typical shop lots currently available in the market. In taking response to the site shape and conditions, the design has taken into attentions on the depth of the land by ensuring that all blocks are noticeable from the main road by introducing a THOROUGHFARE that leads to the second layer block and designing a double frontage shop units to avoid creating an atmosphere of a back lane between Block A and Block B. Provision of parking space at basement area ELEVATES AND STRENGTHENS the attractions for the public to use the facilities with a lift lobby connecting to the ground level at Block C. The introduction of prominent lift lobbies at individual blocks promote a sense of welcoming and luxury to the public within these commercial blocks.

Kampung Budaya Pulau Keladi is located in Pekan, Pahang which covers an area of 6 acres. The development is an appreciation toward the late Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysian 2nd Prime Minister. The village complex includes the birth house of Tun Abdul Razak, exhibition gallery which exhibits possession of the late Prime Minister , Pusat Karyaneka and cafeteria. The architectural design is influenced by local vernacular architecture elements such as ‘ gajah menyusu ‘ roof, the usage of local timber material i.e ‘ cengal and balau ‘and simple geometric carvings could be found at the house detalings.

This Hemodialysis Building is located at Chemomoi Health Clinic is erected to accommodate the overcrowded facilities of the Hemodialysis unit at Bentong Hospital. This building will provide ten (10) units of Hemodialysis equipment with supporting facilities such as Treatment / Procedure / Resus Room , Clean utility , Dirty Utility, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Room , Technician Workshop , Reuse Room , Supervisor Room', Staff Facilities and M&E Support Room.

Pekan is known as ‘Bandar Diraja’ (Royal Town), Administration and Tourism centre with many historical sites and landmarks. This Project’s objective is to upgrade the tourism attraction ‘hot spot’ in Pekan. The main development’s objective is to achieve a pedestrian friendly road network and facilities, enhancing the riverfront landscape into a new Pekan Waterfront, creating a living museum environment along the ‘Heritage Trail’ by enhancing the Royal Town’s image with support of local business and job opportunities.

Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah 1 Kuantan, Pahang is located in the middle of Kuantan City Center. This completed project is a rebuilding of an existing mosque that was inadequate and un conducive to cater for the increasing population for Kuantan town. This mosque is accorded the status as ‘Masjid Negeri’ (State Mosque) for Pahang with a total area of 124,580 Sqft and ready to serve for 10, 000 worshipers.
